Due to COVID-19 most of community and voluntary organisations across the UK were forced to close their services to prevent the spreading of corona virus infections, in the line with government and public health measures. This led to most of their regular and potential beneficiaries missing their most crucial services at the time they need them most. To address this challenge, NCSD has developed training, advice and support services for community and voluntary organisations based in Norfolk and Suffolk to equip them with skills, processes, and tools to use to allow them to continue to provide services to their potential beneficiaries in Covid-19 safe environment. This include developing online based services and effective way to encourage and support their service users to go digital as well as development of a comprehensive Business continuity management plan.
