Through our Monitoring services, we assist voluntary and public services to systematically and routinely collect data during projects implementation (or service delivery) for the purpose of establishing whether a service or a project is moving towards the set objectives or goals.
We develop tailored collection tools and we ensure that are embedded in the project activities in order to ensure that the process is seamless.
We use several types of monitoring and they include process monitoring, technical monitoring, assumption monitoring, financial monitoring, and impact monitoring.
Through our Evaluation Service, voluntary and public services assist to compare actual project impacts against the agreed strategic plans. We look at what they have set out to do, at what they have accomplished, and how they have accomplished it. It can be formative (taking place during the life of a project or organisation, with the intention of improving the strategy or way of functioning of the project or organisation). It can also be summative (drawing learnings from a completed project or an organisation that is no longer functioning).
