Our Specialist Employment Support Service could help you to develop the skills you need to succeed and put you in touch with employers who recognises what you have to offer. This service assists to develop a business and support you every step of the way.

Our hands on support includes:

• Job searching support.

• Job application support.

• CV updating and writing.

• Business development.

• Work placement access support.

Our skills development support includes:

• Job hunting skills.

• Employment skills.

• Business and self-employment development skills.

• Communication and presentation skills.

• Job interview skills

We will assess your eligibility to our service in collaboration with the Royal National College of the Blind. If you are approved we will come to meet you at your local library or Job Centre Plus to assess and identify you needs then we will develop a support plan.
